About Andes Gourmet
Andes Gourmet operates a Nissan NV200 mobile food truck serving Venezuelan-style hot dogs. We prepare fresh food on-site with high standards of quality, hygiene, and service.
Our unit does not require a fire suppression sticker, as it does not produce grease-laden vapors and uses equipment primarily for warming and serving food.
Story
Our food is inspired by the rich street food culture of Venezuela, where hot dogs are known for their bold flavors, generous toppings, and unique combinations. At Andes Gourmet, we bring that tradition to Utah by preparing each item fresh, using high-quality ingredients and homemade sauces. Our goal is to share a piece of our culture through food, creating a flavorful and memorable experience for every customer.
