Last Updated: November 19th, 2025

This agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of services provided by Food Truck League (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) by clients, event organizers, and general users (“Client” or “you”). By submitting a request, booking an event, or continuing to use our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Nature of Services

Food Truck League connects event organizers, customers, and independent food truck vendors. We coordinate event logistics, provide vendor recommendations, support catering events, and facilitate communication between parties.

Food Truck League does not own, operate, or employ the food trucks participating in events. Each vendor remains independently responsible for licensing, compliance, food safety, insurance, and service quality.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate event details during booking
  • Ensure access, safety, and permitting at event locations
  • Communicate schedule changes or cancellations promptly
  • Comply with local laws and venue regulations

Failure to provide accurate details may impact vendor availability or event success.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

Participating food trucks must:

  • Maintain required business licenses, health permits, and insurance
  • Arrive on time and provide agreed-upon services
  • Follow local regulations and event rules

We may substitute vendors when needed due to emergencies, mechanical failures, or scheduling conflicts.

4. Payments & Cancellations

Fees vary based on event type, services provided, and vendor agreements.

Client cancellations within 2 weeks of an event may incur fees.

Vendor no-shows or cancellations are addressed by substitution or schedule adjustments when possible.

5. Liability & Indemnification

Food Truck League is not responsible for:

  • Food quality, preparation, or service issues
  • Damages or injuries caused by vendors or event venues
  • Losses due to weather, venue complications, or third-party failures

Clients agree to hold Food Truck League harmless from claims arising from vendor actions, venue issues, or client-controlled event conditions.
