Story
My name is Christina and I’m the owner of “La Cubana”, a Cuban food trailer built from my family’s recipes and my own life story. I grew up in the restaurant world. My mom owned a restaurant, and everything I know about food came from her. Cooking is how I love people. It’s my art.
