About Zeppe’s Italian Ice

We serve a variety of flavors of Italian ice, frozen custard, and Dole Whip. Our signature treat, the Gelata, layers creamy custard on the bottom, refreshing Italian ice in the middle, and a swirl of custard on top for the perfect sweet and icy combination.

Story

We chose to focus on Italian ice, frozen custard, and Dole Whip because they’re fun, refreshing, and loved by people of all ages. Unlike shave ice or snow cones, our Italian ice is mixed all the way through for consistent flavor in every bite, and our signature Gelata combines the best of both custard and ice. We wanted to create a menu that’s playful, high-quality, and delivers a treat that people remember and come back for.
