I recently purchased it from Gypsy Elixirs but continue to serve her products (wellness tinctures that can be added to the mocktails). Our main menu is Mocktails but we can provide cocktails (for private events), iced coffee, charcuterie boxes, grazing tables, and/or hot drinks.

Story

I run markets throughout Utah and Salt Lake county via my other company www.wenttomarket.com -- which is how I met Eliot. Gypsy Elixirs has been one of my vendors for a couple years and is always popular at markets. When I heard she was selling the trailer, I jumped on the opportunity and have since remodeled it and crafted my own signature menu. Throughout my life I have worked in food services including a couple years starting and running a sugar cane juice company at different markets throughout Salt Lake.
