Shortly after moving back, we discovered that my mother, Reyna Soto, shared our entrepreneurial spirit. She dreamed of serving Mexican snacks—authentic flavors that remind her of home. Initially, we considered running separate businesses side by side in one trailer, but the legal complexities and permit hurdles made us pause. After many late-night brainstorming sessions with my wife, my mother, and my sisters, we found the perfect solution: a single, unified brand that brings coffee, energy drinks, and Mexican snacks together. Thus, Mexpresso was born—a catchy name that represents our family’s heritage and our love for bold flavors and energizing beverages.
