Our Grand Opening and Beyond We kicked off our journey with our first event on July 12–13, 2025. The response was incredible: people loved our trailer’s vibrant design and the seamless fusion of Mexican snacks with specialty drinks. Every cup we serve and every snack we share carries a piece of our story—from military life overseas to our family kitchen in Utah. I am thrilled to grow Mexpresso and bring our unique concept to more neighborhoods. We’re passionate about delivering quality drinks, delicious bites, and a welcoming experience that reflects our family’s dedication and creativity. Every opportunity to serve our community is an honor, and I can’t wait to share the next chapter of our adventure with you.

Story

Shortly after moving back, we discovered that my mother, Reyna Soto, shared our entrepreneurial spirit. She dreamed of serving Mexican snacks—authentic flavors that remind her of home. Initially, we considered running separate businesses side by side in one trailer, but the legal complexities and permit hurdles made us pause. After many late-night brainstorming sessions with my wife, my mother, and my sisters, we found the perfect solution: a single, unified brand that brings coffee, energy drinks, and Mexican snacks together. Thus, Mexpresso was born—a catchy name that represents our family’s heritage and our love for bold flavors and energizing beverages.
