About Koura Ice Cream

I run a small New Zealand Style Ice Cream cart with a Auger machine that blends the ice cream and frozen fruit together in under a minute. Customers watch the ice cream being blended in real time and it is a really cool experience for the consumer to watch the treat being made. It is different and unique to watch and has a lot of interest around it.

Story

I first tried Real Fruit Ice Cream in a small surf town called Kaikoura on the south island of New Zealand. I had heard how good it was before, but wasn’t sure I would like it since I had never been much of an ice cream guy, (unless you added a brownie.) From my first taste, I was hooked. It was so much lighter than regular ice cream and the fruit added a natural kick that I loved! I want to share that experience I had eating it for the first time with my own home state of Utah. Give it a try at your next event, you won’t regret it!
