Food has always been more than just a job — it’s been my way of connecting with culture, family, and community. Growing up, I was surrounded by the smells and sounds of the kitchen, where meals weren’t just prepared — they were celebrated. Studying in the Dominican Republic deepened my appreciation for the layers of flavor and tradition woven into every Caribbean dish. I learned not only techniques, but stories — how food brings people together, how it speaks without words. Over the years, I’ve carried that spirit into every plate I’ve served, whether in hotel kitchens or behind a food truck window. Now, I’m excited to share that love and heritage with each customer who steps up for a meal that feels both new and familiar — comforting, flavorful, and made with intention.
