About Salty Baja Tacos
Growing up in Southern California, with Mexican roots, I was surrounded by the flavors of Baja — fresh seafood, crispy tacos, and homemade aguas frescas that always brought people together. When I moved to Utah, I realized how much I missed those flavors, and I knew others here deserved to experience them too. That’s why I started my food truck — to share a piece of my roots, my family traditions, and the authentic Baja taste that reminds me of home. Every taco I serve carries that love and passion for good food and good company.
Story
My love for Baja-style food started in Southern California, where tacos and seafood were always a way to gather with family and friends. When I moved to Utah, I realized those authentic flavors were hard to find — and that’s when Salty Baja Tacos was born. My mission is to bring the true taste of Baja to Utah with every taco, every salsa, and every refreshing agua fresca. It’s more than just food, it’s sharing my roots, my culture, and a little piece of home with you.”
