Story

I’ve always had a love affair with food since I was a little girl. I was born and raised in Kolkata, India. I am of Asian (Chinese) descent and I have been raised in a deep culture of food and community. India, as the beautiful country it is, is a quintessential food Mecca! The complexities of all the different foods and the use of a vast array of interesting spices are just what make Indian food so delicious and fascinating at the same time. And in my Chinese culture, with its equally interesting and diverse food offerings, sitting together over a delicious meal is what bonds us together. I believe that food brings people and communities together and it is why I want to share my food.
