As a private event caterer, I would often be asked to create late night menus of fun, casual and bite sized items to passed around parties and enjoyed socially. Since sliders were so popular, I decided to create my own version of a crispy chicken sandwich. Thus, the Thigh Guy Classic Sandwich was born! We use thigh meat for maximum flavor and juicyness, a buttermilk based brine for added richness, homemade pickles to cut through it all, my own "chick-fil-a" sauce to bring it all together and a perfectly toasted potato bun to hold it all in. We are proud to be the only truck serving "A really Good Chicken Sandwich" to the good people of Utah.
