Story

Maly grew up in Haiti and gained firsthand knowledge—handed down through generations—of how to make the best Haitian food, as well as other popular Caribbean dishes. Her cooking is tailored to American tastes while maintaining its authentic appeal. She has always had a passion for creating and sharing her incredible food and talent. Once Jason experienced her cooking, he encouraged and helped her pursue the dream of turning her passion into a business. Together, Malida and Jason purchased an empty trailer and equipped it with top-of-the-line appliances to ensure the highest quality food could be prepared and served. Having spent several years in Belgium, Jason developed a deep appreciation for Belgian fries. These, along with other delicious sides and freshly made tropical fruit drinks, are offered to complement the best of Caribbean cuisine. This food is both familiar and unique—and is sure to be thoroughly enjoyed and warmly received.
