The Story of Grumpy Dough Our food truck, Grumpy Dough, offers a unique and delicious menu of international cuisine to the local community. We operate at popular events, festivals, and busy street locations to maximize visibility and sales. As a mobile kitchen, we specialize in gourmet sandwiches made with high-quality ingredients. Our best-seller is the Bulgogi Sandwich, a dish Leo learned to make while working on a cruise ship and visiting South Korea a few years ago. Inspired by the flavors of Bulgogi, he decided to bring this delicious taste to Salt Lake City. We also feature the Famous Longganisa Sandwich, inspired by a traditional Filipino breakfast of rice and egg. We decided to serve it in a sandwich, bringing that comforting, homey feeling to the streets. The patty is house-made, crafted from scratch. Grumpy Dough is owned by Leo and Nelly Jamoralin, a husband and wife team originally from the Philippines.
