Story
After moving to Utah from Hawaii, our family got homesick and began cooking Hawaiian food as we remembered it, taking it to parties. The taste was amazing, and many people encouraged our chef to start catering. After a lot of hard work, DaKine Grindz became a reality. We started with a food truck, and as people got to know the name, we eventually opened our first restaurant in Sunset, UT. From there, we continued to serve our way into the hearts of customers all over the valley. We've now expanded with a second location in Ogden, UT.
