"Food is such a huge part of all our lives with family, friends and work. Ray and Lisa have been cooking for their large families and throwing parties for family and friends for years. They always strive for the most flavorful quality food that everyone will love and crave in the future as well. It was 2022, and after owning various businesses, both individually as well as working in the corporate world, they decided to start a new venture and work together. They also got married at the end of the same year, making this partnership even more meaningful. After studying different types of food trucks in the area they realized they wanted to be very different from any other truck and decided on Noodles, Sauces and Proteins that are made fresh and savory but serve up very quickly as a food truck demands. It took a few years of trial and error to build out their food truck and to perfect their recipes as well as learn the best practices for their "Hot & Tasty Noodles".
