I am a young entrepreneur who has spent years working in the kitchen alongside my mother and stepfather. One day, we had the idea that, with our combined experience, we could open a food truck. After a lot of hard work, dedication, and research, we finally got our truck up and running. We carefully curated a menu featuring food that we all love and have been making for years. Our truck serves authentic Mexican cuisine, and we named it after our beloved grandpa, Ponchin, who has always been a cherished figure in our family.
