I am a young entrepreneur that has worked in the kitchen with my mother and step father for years. One day we had a great idea that using our combined experience we might be able to open up a food truck. After a lot of hard work, dedication and research we finally had a truck up and running. We had various ideas of food that we could sell. We added to the menu food that we all love and food we’ve been making for years. Our truck is an authentic Mexican food truck. As for the name we decided to name it after our grandpa. He’s always been someone that is very much beloved in our family, all of his kids and grandkids know him as Ponchin.
