Story

Miranda & Anthony Hernandez find joy in creating great experiences for others. What better way to bring smiles to someone's face then through a refreshing dessert. Originally from the east coast, Anthony's dad brought an Italian ice alternative to summer events in Utah from 2005 to 2015. Then eventually retiring from the frozen dessert business. Anthony & Miranda wanted to combine their desire to create an awesome product and experience, with the goal of having a business that each member of their family can participate and enjoy. Thus the family Italian ice business was reborn as "Yummy Italian Ice and Sorbets" (Yummy Ice). The Hernandez family now gets to witness other families enjoying Italian ice. Sharing in the same joy, Italian ice has brought their family for so many years.
