Story

Miranda and Anthony Hernandez take joy in creating memorable experiences for others, and what better way to bring smiles than with a refreshing dessert. Originally from the East Coast, Anthony’s dad introduced an Italian ice alternative to summer events in Utah from 2005 to 2015 before retiring from the frozen dessert business. Inspired by their shared desire to create a great product and experience, Anthony and Miranda revived the family Italian ice business, now known as "Yummy Italian Ice and Sorbets" (Yummy Ice). The Hernandez family takes delight in seeing other families enjoy the same joy that Italian ice has brought their own for years.
