Silver Moon Taqueria is a popular Utah food truck, started by owner Clayton Greenhalgh, leveraging 35+ years of family restaurant experience to bring fresh, authentic Mexican food (especially huge fish tacos!) and catering to events, known for huge portions, fresh ingredients, amazing salsas, and a strong community "pay-it-forward" spirit, expanding beyond just tacos with catering and commissary support.
