Mambo Taco is a food truck inspired by the bold, fresh flavors of Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and Mexico, brought to life by the incomparable seasoning and methods we inherit from our Abuelas (granny). We are originally from the Caribbean, we love to share our food and a little bit of ourselves with everyone with who we interact. Our food trucks are known for an amazing Cuban Sandwich and our signature Cari-Bowl that we serve all over the Utah valley and in catering events.
