Mambo Taco is a food truck inspired by the bold, fresh flavors of Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and Mexico—brought to life by the incomparable seasoning and cooking methods we inherited from our Abuelas (grandmothers). Originally from the Caribbean, we love sharing our food—and a little bit of ourselves—with everyone we meet. Our food trucks are known for our amazing Cuban sandwich and our signature Cari-Bowl, which we serve all over Utah Valley and at catering events.
