Our story began with a simple cup of hot chocolate. One cold day, I ordered hot chocolate from a fast-food restaurant — but it was way too hot to enjoy. On a whim, I asked them to add a little ice cream. What happened next sparked everything. The ice cream melted into the drink, creating a rich, creamy hot chocolate at the perfect temperature. It was the perfect blend of opposites — hot and cold, bold and sweet — and it was unforgettable. That moment inspired our love for combining contrasts in creative, delicious ways. Today, our signature drink, the Arctic Fire, is the perfect example — a bold coffee poured over fluffy shaved ice for a refreshing twist that surprises people in the best way. We are proudly family-owned and operated, run by a mother and daughter team who love working side by side. Even more special, we’re teaching the younger members of our family along the way — sharing not just recipes, but work ethic, creativity, and the joy of serving others. This business brings together all of our favorite things: family, coffee, and sweet treats.
