About Eleanor's Coconut Cream
Story
Rachel and Marc are siblings and co-founders of Eleanor’s Coconut Cream. Growing up, our family valued new experiences, especially culinary ones. We developed a love for trying new foods and meeting new people. While visiting Rachel’s family, Eleanor (Rachel’s daughter) took Marc to her favorite Taiwanese shaved ice spot in San Francisco. We were so inspired, we decided to create our own version. After over 200 experimental recipes, we finally found something we both loved and wanted to share. Each trial led us down a path of research and learning—figuring out what should and shouldn’t go into our food. Our goal was to create something simple, clean, and delicious. We didn’t initially set out to make a dairy-free dessert; it just turned out to be the most delicious option. We are committed to continuing our education about food and sharing what we learn along the way! Eleanor claims full ownership of the business and tells all her friends they get free coconut cream for life.
