Since launching our first food truck in 2013, Cupbop has grown into one of the most beloved local food chains in the Western U.S. Today, we operate 62 stores across the U.S. and 200 internationally. A steaming cup of WOW!! We're here to break the monotony of the same old food choices. The Cupbop menu is our unique take on Korean cuisine—exotically flavorful, naturally healthy dishes you’ve never had a chance to try. And we make them all affordable, fresh, and lightning fast. People lined up by the hundreds to be entertained by our ‘crazy food truck guys’ as we traveled across Utah. A successful restaurateur helped us open our first storefront, setting us on the path toward bringing Cupbop to every corner of the universe.
