Our family story starts in Jalisco, Mexico a very small town called Huejucar. My mom Maria made the very tough decision to leave her family and start the long journey to the U.S. fast forward a few years and we are living in SLC. Sugarhouse became our home and we absolutely loved it. I say this all the time, I am a Mexican immigrant that grew up in a Mormon community, with a middle eastern stepdad. I wouldn't change it for anything.
