Story

After over 30 incredible years as a professional chef in Chicago, our move to the breathtaking Wasatch Mountains sparked a whole new adventure. Inspired by the simple joy of savoring a high-quality Vienna Beef hot dog, my son and I knew we had to share this unique Chicago experience with our new community. Drawing from the vibrant restaurant scene and local food culture of Chicago, we’ve poured our hearts into bringing these iconic flavors to Utah and the Wasatch Valley. It fills us with joy to share a taste of home and create connections with our amazing new neighbors, one hot dog or Italian beef at a time!
