After over 30 incredible years as a professional chef in Chicago, the move to the breathtaking Wasatch Mountains sparked a whole new adventure for us. Inspired by the simple joy of savoring a high-quality Vienna Beef Hotdog, my son and I knew we had to share this unique Chicago experience with our new community. Drawing from the vibrant restaurant scene and local food culture of Chicago, we’ve poured our hearts into bringing these iconic flavors to Utah and the Wasatch Valley.
