Story

Zuhair and his family came to the United States in 2025 from Iraq. Zuhair was a chef in his home country where he had a falafel restaurant. He loves to fill tables with delicious spreads of food. Zuhair has been dreaming of having his own falafel food truck since arriving in the US. With the help of Spice Kitchen, he is a legal food business in Utah and is scaling up his catering business.
