Story

Zuhair and his family arrived in the United States in 2025 from Iraq. Back home, Zuhair was a chef and owned a falafel restaurant, where he loved filling tables with delicious spreads of food. Since moving to the US, Zuhair has dreamed of owning his own falafel food truck. With the support of Spice Kitchen, he is now operating a legal food business in Utah and expanding his catering services.
