Mambo Burger came from our love of the kind of food that works almost anywhere: a great burger, hot fries, and flavors people immediately understand. Then we gave those familiar favorites our own Mambo personality. Our burgers start with beef patties and classic toppings, then we build from there with smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, and house sauces. The Havana Burger adds homemade honey mustard and pickles, while the Spicy Beach Burger brings jalapenos and avocado-lime sauce. Our signature Mambo Burger ties it all together with Mambo Fry Sauce.
