Golden Spoon Thai Street Food was born from a lifelong love and passion for Thai cuisine. As a Thai who grew up in a family involved in the restaurant business, food has always been an important part of my life. From a young age, I was surrounded by the flavors, traditions, and experiences of Thai cooking. Over the years, I developed a deep appreciation for the art of preparing authentic Thai food and sharing it with others. After moving to the United States, I wanted to bring a taste of Thailand to my community through food that is made with care, authentic ingredients, and the flavors I grew up with. Golden Spoon Thai Street Food is more than just a food truck. It is a way for me to share my culture, childhood memories, and love for Thai cuisine with people from all backgrounds. Every dish we serve is prepared with passion, attention to detail, and the hope that each customer feels a little closer to Thailand with every bite.
