We offer organic fries cooked in avocado oil, our chicken is cooked in grass fed beef tallow, our churros and dairy free as well as the chicken. We offer seasonal desserts and fresh squeezed organic lemonades with rotating fruit syrups depending on season

Story

The Happy Chick was born from a simple but powerful mission: to make crispy, delicious fried chicken that everyone can enjoy — especially those with gluten sensitivities and Celiac disease. We use dedicated fryers, hormone-free chicken, and fry exclusively in grass-fed beef tallow — no seed oils, no shortcuts. Every bite is 100% gluten-free, dairy-free, corn-free, and soy-free. Based in South Salt Lake, Utah, we bring our food trailer to events across the valley — from birthday parties and weddings to corporate events and community markets.
