Story
Our food is just us cooking the way we actually eat at home. I grew up on Thai street food – hot woks, real heat, strong fish sauce, holy basil you can smell before you see it. When I moved to Utah, I missed that so much. The “Thai” food here didn’t taste like what we grew up with. So, we decided to fix that. We keep the menu small and cook everything fresh from the wok: real Pad Thai with tamarind, Pad Kra Pow with real holy basil and chili, fried rice that tastes like a street stall at night. No shortcuts, no watered-down flavors. It’s simple: we’re homesick for real Thai food, so we make it and share it with everyone who wants to taste what “Thai” actually means.
