My love for Baja-style food started in Southern California, where tacos and seafood were always a way to gather with family and friends. When I moved to Utah, I realized those authentic flavors were hard to find — and that’s when Salty Baja Tacos was born. My mission is to bring the true taste of Baja to Utah with every taco, every salsa, and every refreshing agua fresca.
