Story

My story started two years ago when decide to be the owner of Papa Javi. Having a passion about cooking for the Utahns community for more than 20 years I decide to open my own food truck. My background came from Argentina where I brought The Patagonia and The Milanesa ( breaded steak) they are the most popular sandwiches. Alway looking to improve and create the best sandwiches possible.
