Story

Rickle's Food Truck story centers on owner Rick Schuurman and his family's popular Philly Cheesesteak truck in Kaysville, Utah, gaining community support through a health crisis in 2019 when Rick faced pancreatitis, leading to fundraisers and a GoFundMe, and known for their from-scratch sauces, seasoned steak, and homemade chips/fries, though service and payment (cash-only initially) drew mixed reviews before community rallying. The truck, named after Rick, offers unique flavors like Alfredo Philly, with homemade ranch seasoning on their sides, making them a local favorite despite early operational quirks.
