About Where's Aldo?

Where's Aldo? opened on June 17, 2021, in Bountiful, UT. We aim to make our truck fun, starting with its look, the music, and the way we treat our customers. I love remembering repeat customers, having fun with them, joking around, and ensuring they have a great experience at the truck. The food is just the added bonus! We also make sure the food looks as pleasing as it tastes.

Story

Street tacos were a big part of my culture growing up in Mexico. I ate them every day as a kid, and they’ve always been my comfort food. When I moved to the United States 14 years ago, I really missed the simple, delicious food that was always around. Now, I’m grateful to have the opportunity to share the flavors I love with my customers.
