Story

My wife and I share a deep passion for gourmet food. As Taiwanese immigrants, we built a new life in America from scratch. It didn’t take us long to discover the power of food in bringing people together, helping us make friends from various backgrounds. In the early 2000s, there weren’t many restaurants offering sushi and ramen. We saw an opportunity and decided to channel our energy into that direction. It has been a joy to share our culinary creations with our community, and we’re truly grateful for the privilege of serving you while doing what we love.
