Taquizas El Primo was born from the combination of two great Mexican culinary traditions: Monterrey, Nuevo León, and Mexico City. Monterrey is known for its passion for grilled meats, bold flavors, and the tradition of gathering around the grill. Mexico City, on the other hand, is one of Mexico’s great taco capitals, where variety, salsas, tortillas, and taco culture are part of everyday life. Inspired by these two cities, we created Taquizas El Primo to bring the best of both worlds together: the bold character and grilled flavors of Monterrey with the tradition, variety, and spirit of Mexico City tacos. Our goal is to bring this combination to every event, using quality ingredients and freshly prepared food to create an authentic Mexican experience. Taquizas El Primo is more than tacos; it’s a celebration of our roots, our food, and the tradition of sharing a great taquiza with family and friends.
