About Mija Barbecue

We started inside of a brewery and when that business was shutting down in November 2023, we needed to pivot to survive. Our food trailer was the answer. We have since found a permanent location to call home but still enjoy being out in the community with the trailer.

Tex = Ryan, Mex = Bailey, Tex Mex BBQ = family in food form. We're a little fusion and so is our food. Good Texas BBQ with a Mexican flare.
