Story

We provide a Gourmet macaroni and cheese experience served with a wide variety of options like smoked chicken, fried chicken, brisket, pulled pork, and more. We have experience working at large events, including the four-day Highway 30 Music Festival, Tacos and Tequilla, Dyess Airshow, and recently the Cattle Country Music Festival. Our service offering includes two mobile food trailers, concessions, and private catering.
