Story
Nicolas, an executive chef working at a Mexican restaurant in Utah, wanted to break free from traditional brick-and-mortar restaurants to serve the authentic Mexican street food he grew up with. Along with his family, they launched Tacos Ya Merito, a food truck bringing genuine Mexican flavors to Salt Lake Valley
