Umani is a uniquely elegant pizza truck. Known as 'The Home of Square Pizza', our pizzas are made alla Palla and cooked in a wood-fired oven. We combine traditional Italian flavors with modern cuisine, all served from a sleek black container on wheels.

Story

People often ask what 'Umani' means. To us, Umani is about adding a personal touch to everything we do, making it special and unique. That's what we bring to our food, service, and truck. It's been our goal since Umani was founded as a gastronomic brand in 2010. Our pizza is cooked to perfection in our wood-fired oven, right on our truck! We designed our truck to be beautiful and allow our customers to see into our process. Our pizza style is Sicilian, featuring the classic pizza alla palla, cooked in 4-foot long pizzas. A classic image of the essence of Italian pizzerias. Experts in weddings and large events, we serve our pizzas in various ways to suit the occasion, from small squares to our famous big slice and our classic 10”x10” square pizza.
