Our journey started in 2021 with a small storefront in Park City, Utah, where we first shared our passion for authentic Argentine empanadas. After participating in local markets in both Park City and Salt Lake City, we quickly realized that the demand for our hand-made, fresh-baked empanadas was growing, people just couldn’t get enough! With that in mind, in September 2024, we decided it was time to take the next step: open a food truck. But making this dream a reality wasn’t easy. We sold our boat and our truck to fund the purchase of a food truck, and then spent a month building it from the ground up. Every inch of our new mobile kitchen was carefully crafted to bring the flavors of Argentina to the streets. Once our food truck was ready, we hit the road, sharing our empanadas with the entire Salt Lake City area. From our family to yours, we’ve been committed to delivering the same authentic taste and quality that started in our Park City shop, only now, we can bring it to you wherever you are! It’s been an incredible ride, and we’re grateful for the support of the community that’s helped us turn our dream into reality. Thank you for letting us be part of your day!
