Story of Grumpy Dough Our food truck, "Grumpy Dough," will offer a unique and delicious menu of international cuisine to the local community. We will operate at popular events, festivals, and busy street locations to maximize visibility and sales. Grumpy Dough operates as a mobile kitchen, offering a variety of gourmet sandwiches made from high quality ingredients. Our best seller sandwich is the Bulgogi Sandwich that Leo learnt the Ingredients when he work at the Cruise-ship and visited South Korea few years ago. He came up to the idea of bringing the flavour of Bulgogi here in Salt Lake City. We also have the Famous Longganisa Sandwich. This is a famous breakfast in the Philippines with Rice and Egg. We decided to try it in a Bread which brings the feel of being home. The patty is house-made and made from scratch. Grumpy Dough is owned by Mr. & Mrs. Leo & Nelly Jamoralin that is originally from the Philippines.
