As the Covid lockdown began to wind down in 2021, I was employed as a chef at a country club. During this time, we decided to invest in a wood-burning pizza oven, allowing us to offer delectable wood-fired pizzas to our members on weekends throughout the summer. After a few successful weekends, I envisioned the potential of bringing this culinary experience to a wider audience through a food trailer. Driven by this inspiration, I constructed my own trailer and have been passionately crafting pizzas ever since.
