Story

Growing up in Texas, Tex-Mex is like home cooking, neighborhood soul food, if you will. While managing an upper-casual Tex-Mex restaurant Jamie learned everyone loves quesadillas. No matter what age, they are a fan favorite. Usually served as an appetizer, or a simple cheese quesadilla on a kid's menu, we took it up a notch! We add the freshest, most crave-able ingredients creating the ultimate quesadillas experience. A food truck-friendly and handheld meal, we felt our quesadillas were a perfect mobile concept.
